Hi. Sorry for not posting for a long time since my second.
I noticed something new. I can't use my water mono anymore since greninja is banned. So I decided to make a new one.
I have tested it and it actually works sometimes and doesn't sometimes.
Here is one of the replays if you'd see http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/monotype-229804825
And here is a copy of the team I just used.
Cloyploy (Cloyster) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Skill Link

Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash

Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Substitute

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

I felt like what was actually needed is a dark-type move.
Mostly since I had difficulties against ghost and psychic moves. Probably I'd change the Kingdra to some Mega-Gyarados.
That's all for the post. See you!

Hello again, people!
Since last week's fire went really wrong, I decided to try something out.
There would be appreciations going for Elite Four Duck here, with his team as part of the inspiration for me making this Psychic team.
You could watch a replay of the test on http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/monotype-226050330
So, here's the team :
Gardevoir-Mega @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psychic
- Energy Ball
- Charge Beam
Gallade @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brick Break
- Drain Punch
- Night Slash
- Poison Jab
Malamar @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
- Knock Off
- Superpower
- Topsy-Turvy
- Taunt
Wobbuffet @ Custap Berry
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Destiny Bond
- Encore
- Mirror Coat
- Counter
Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Lunar Dance
- Substitute
- Toxic
Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Luster Purge
- Ice Beam
- Surf
For some weird reasons I had brick break and drain punch on that Gallade. This team did work, but I've got to do some modifications. I should change the brick break for something else, since it's rarely as useful as drain punch. As another modification, I'm giving the Gallade a scarf and should change for some moves on the Wobbuffet. However, the pokemon doesn't have many moves to learn, so it would be hard.
See you again!

First Post
Hi, people! This is the first post on the blog, and my first blog too. This blog's gotta be about me playing Showdown! on http://play.showdown.com, focusing on one particular metagame, monotype, where you play with a team sharing a same type.
On this first time, I'm trying out fire.
You could watch the replay http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/monotype-224859621
Here's the team :
(Charizard-Mega-Y) @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Solar Beam
- Air Slash
- Flamethrower
- Ancient Power
(Infernape) @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
- Fire Punch
- Close Combat
- Thunder Punch
- U-turn
(Volcarona) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Hidden Power [Electric]
(Houndoom) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
(Heatran) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire

Modest Nature

Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

If you watch the replay, you could see my biggest problem is stealth rock.
This, means, I've got to have something defensive on my team.
My best guess is to change Heatran's play, make it defensive. Gotta see you come and play :)
